Our city’s shared plan to tackle climate change

Manchester has committed to play its full part in tackling the global climate emergency. We have committed to urgent action to reduce our CO2 by at least 50% during 2018-2022, down to zero by 2038 at the very latest.

On this website, you can find out about our plan for becoming zero carbon, how we are doing, and how you can get involved.
